Registration Information: You can start your registration on IMLeagues beginning Monday, Aug. 14 at 8 a.m. in the "Pre-Registration" area. Mindfulness Silent Retreat

The three-hour retreat will include practice with meditation, yoga, and mind/body skills for relaxation and wellness. The retreat is open both to novices and people with more experience. It is a chance to reconnect to yourself at a time of year that is often hectic, and apply skills that can enhance your immune system, concentration, energy, and your ability to enjoy daily life.

You can come by in this timespan to borrow an open Book for a conversation about prejudices and diversity. The concept is simple; you show up at the library counter, where you receive guidance from the librarians on the topics we have available for lending. Once you have chosen which open Book you would like to talk to, you can sit and have an open conversation where every question on the topic is welcome.
