The Red Watch Band program is open to all UI students and aims to prevent alcohol poisoning deaths on our campus by providing knowledge, skills, and confidence to act in situations when every second counts.

Relay for Life is a movement that includes a community of survivors, caregivers, volunteers and participants who want to fight cancer. This is a fundraising event that is going to raise money for the American Cancer Society in order to put funding into research, support for patients, access to screenings, etc. Proceeds will also be directed towards the Hope Lodge of Iowa City. Relay for Life will consist of a Relay portion, a silent auction, guest speakers, and entertainment.
