It’s that time of year again — the time when students fill out endless stacks of forms to apply for a plethora of things from housing to job applications. One important application that students need not forget, is the FAFSA. The FAFSA, or Free Application for Federal Student Aid, is a form to be prepared annually for college students. What it does is assess the eligibility for student financial aid. This financial aid consists of money you do and don’t have to pay back, including federal loans (do pay back) and grants (don’t pay back).
