Located just outside the IMU, at the foot of the Pentacrest and along the Iowa River.
Thousands of students, faculty, and staff visit the IMU every day, making it a central and vital part of campus life. It is often the place where the University makes its first impression on potential students, faculty, and staff. It is also the place where current students meet, eat, get involved in student organizations, or go to concerts and lectures. Get involved with any of the hundreds of student activities overseen by the Office of Student Life. Get concert and show tickets from the University's Box Office, catch a film at the Bijou Theater, grab a cup of coffee in the South Lobby, have lunch or dinner in the River Room cafeteria, or visit the Union Market for groceries and conveniences. Take advantage of all the IMU has to offer!
The CRWC has 20,000 square feet of fitness space over three levels; a 52 ½ foot climbing wall, a competitive swimming pool, a diving well, a leisure swimming pool, a jogging track, two basketball/volleyball courts, a multi-activity gym, a café, locker rooms, and wellness services.
